Walking to their corner many nights, there was always the possibility they would sell out, so you had to show up early to make sure. Their popularity seemed to be legend, and their product should make them famous. For now, they are still our little secret.
Another wrapped delight were nem, a Senegalese take on a Vietnamese spring roll. This version of course was made from beef and not pork, but was served wrapped in lettuce and full of vermicelli noodles.
